Posh’s Denims Pulled Out

Victoria Beckham, AKA Posh Spice, is an aspiring fashion designer. However, if she’s not promoting her own brand, dVb, no one’s going to know that her jeans even exist. 

This was Fred Segal’s and Kitson’s problem. They were expecting Posh Spice to come into their stores and make an appearance of sort. But what they got what a non-appearance and apparent lack of interest. 

“We asked her PR people so many times for her to appear, but she didn’t,” said Kitson owner, Fraser Ross. “Celebrity lines are no different from an album or music tour. They have to be promoted to sell.” 

Since Posh wasn’t doing anything about it, they decided to pull out all her denim range because of poor sales and a lack of promo work. 

Hopefully, this time, Posh is going to do something about it.
